1. Description of Services

WebDevShop provides professional web development and coding services. Services include, but are not limited to, custom website development, web application development, and coding project assistance. All services are delivered in exchange for the agreed-upon payment.

2. Payment Expectations

Payment is expected as per the agreed-upon amount. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. All prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Project Delivery Expectations

Projects will be delivered in a professional and timely manner. Delivery timelines will be communicated before the project is agreed upon. I will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delay occurs, I will communicate with you promptly.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing clear and accurate information about your requirements
  • Responding to communication in a timely manner
  • Providing any necessary materials or information
  • Reviewing and approving work in a reasonable timeframe

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the delivered work for your personal or business use. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBDEVSHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Termination

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at my discretion. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. If I terminate, you will be refunded for any unused portion of your payment.

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
