At WebDevShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our web development services, Robux purchases, and INR transactions.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Web Development Services
- Before Work Begins: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order before we have started working on your project.
- During Development: If work has already begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
- After Delivery: Once we have delivered the completed project, refunds are generally not offered unless there are major defects that we are unable to fix.
2.2 Robux Purchases and Top-Ups
- Refunds for Robux top-ups are only available if we have not yet processed and credited the Robux to your account.
- Once Robux have been credited to your account, they are non-refundable.
2.3 INR Transactions
- Refunds for INR payments follow the same guidelines as our other services.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed web development projects that have been approved by the client
- Robux that have been credited to your account
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Any digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
